Dear colleague,
Europeans are increasingly suffering from vitamin deficiencies and are therefore forced to take supplements. It is a growing problem, as shown by many international studies published in recent years. In particular, the low levels of Vitamin D observed among the population can generate various health problems.
It is therefore essential to compensate with supplements and sometimes they, are not so easy to take daily due to the size of tablet or pill, swallowing problems, or in absence of water. The need arises to find new hiring approaches. There are orodispersible film formulations that can facilitate the intake and absorption of vitamin supplements.
To talk about this new technology and illustrate the benefits of vitamin supplements, the International Press Conference “FilmTec® a news way for an integrative care approach” will be held on Wednesday November 16, 2022 at 14.30 at the Hilton Rome Airport, Via Arturo Ferrarini 2 in Fiumicino (Rome).

Virtual Press Conference: Instructions
The Virtual Press Conference will be broadcast live through the Zoom Webinar platform. You will follow the event from any device and possibly ask questions. In the following guide, we will explain you how to prepare and participate.
Prepare for the Virtual Press Conference
Download Zoom Cloud Meetings on your device
Zoom Cloud Meetings is available on all desktop and mobile operating systems. You can install it on your PC, smartphone or tablet. If you prefer to participate from your mobile or tablet, please refer to the App Store of your mobile device (Play Store or Apple Store). If you prefer to use it on your PC, feel free to click on this link.
Your device does not need to have a webcam to participate.
Register for the event
Click on the link or button you received via email in the Intermedia’s invitation and register for the event by filling in the fields. You will then receive a confirmation email from Intermedianews (check spam or Updates/Advertising sections). Here you will find the access link to the Conference. If you cannot find the email, please contact Intermedia’s Technical Support (see below).
On the day of the Virtual Press Conference
Access the event
In the registration confirmation and in the reminders received, you will find the access link to the online event. On the appointed day and time (we recommend a few minutes in advance) click on the link.
The Zoom program or App will automatically start. If the event has not yet started, you will be asked to wait. You will be connected as soon as the event goes on air.
Attend the event and interact
Once on air, you will be able to hear and see the speakers, but your device’s microphone and webcam will be turned off. You will not be able to activate the webcam and microphone independently, so do not worry about sounds or images that come from your device.
You can submit questions to the speakers in two ways:
- Using the Q&A (Questions & Answers) button at the bottom of the screen. Here you can write a question that will be submitted to the speakers at the appropriate time.
- Use the “Raise hand” button, at the bottom of the screen. In this case, during the question time, you will be given the opportunity to speak. When it’s your turn, the program or app will notify you that a request has been sent to activate your microphone. Accept the request to be able to speak.
Please do not use the Chat to post questions to speakers.
In any case, the webcam of your device, even if present, will never be activated.
